Rybka provides tools for organising waters and sectors, planning fishing sessions, recording catches, mapping bottom readings and reviewing statistics.

Do not misuse the app or website, attempt to disrupt their operation, bypass platform protections or use Rybka in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Rybka is a record-keeping tool. It is not a navigation, emergency, weather or water-safety service, and it does not verify depths or access.

You remain responsible for local rules, permissions, safe access, weather conditions, fish welfare and every decision you make at the water.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for protecting access to your device.

The current app stores its core records locally and does not provide a guaranteed Rybka cloud backup. Keep any separate record you need before deleting data or the app, resetting a device or changing devices.

Rybka may change as the product develops. Platform updates, device compatibility, maintenance and app-store availability may affect access to some or all features.

Rybka is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no promise is made that the app or website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every fishing decision or device.

Apple and Google may apply additional terms to downloads, purchases and updates. Their services are governed by their own agreements.

The Rybka name, interface, website content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms allow you to use the product; they do not transfer ownership of it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, Rybka is not responsible for losses caused by unsafe fishing decisions, failure to keep a separate backup, third-party services or events outside reasonable control.

Contact details for questions about these terms will be published on the Support page when the support channel is available. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, while any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.
