These terms are a structurally complete launch draft for using Rybka and this website. The product owner must obtain legal review and confirm the operator identity, governing law and any mandatory consumer terms before publication.

No company registration details, postal address or legal jurisdiction have been assumed. Those launch details must be supplied and reviewed by the owner.
Using Rybka
Rybka provides tools for organising waters and sectors, planning fishing sessions, recording catches, mapping lake-bottom readings and reviewing statistics.
Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with the service, app distribution, website or other users’ devices.
Fishing and water safety
Rybka is a record-keeping tool. It is not a navigation, emergency, weather, depth-safety or water-access service.
You remain responsible for local rules, permissions, fish welfare, safe access, weather awareness and decisions made at the water.
Your records
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for protecting access to your device.
The current app is offline first and does not provide a guaranteed cloud backup. Keep any separate record you need before deleting the app, resetting a device or changing devices.
Availability and changes
Features may change as Rybka develops. Platform updates, device compatibility and app-store availability can affect access.
The owner must confirm the final warranty, liability, suspension and termination wording with legal counsel before launch.
App stores and intellectual property
Apple and Google may apply additional store terms to downloads and updates. Their services are governed by their own agreements.
Rybka’s name, interface, website content and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer ownership of them.
